I've had a lot of reminders lately, how quickly time goes by . From a reunion with my family I hadn't seen in 15 years, to to my 10 year high school reunion last week. Two of my good friends, one from my childhood, just had their first babies (on the same day!), and yesterday while making fig jam, I realized this blog is nearly a year old. While they're all happy reminders of time's journey they're also reminders to stop and and soak it in, because it goes so fast.
It makes me appreciate the little moments, like Chewy and Gyspy curled up in my studio while I work. I've spent a majority of my week here and these two are never far from my side. I thought I'd show you a peak at what I've been working on and my workspace. Also, I'm really excited about this leather patcher I recently found from 1885, that still works! Looking forward to putting it to use. The bags will be available in my shop at the beginning of September, when I get back from this trip. So excited to be taking another class from this amazing lady.
Hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week, and all the little moments that come with it!
xoxo
